R8 Utile – Full-size Power Rack for heavy strength training, with room for your complete equipment

• Including plenty of room to store your equipment
• On the 2 storage shelves you keep your equipment, such as Dumbbells, Wall Balls and Bumper Plates stored space-savingly and always ready to use at hand
• You neatly stow your handles, ropes, carabiners or resistance bands on the Storage Plate above the shelf
• Up to 2 Barbells can be stored horizontally on the storage hooks in the unit
• The heart of the R8 UTILE is a full-size Power Rack with the R8-typical steel tube profile of 3"x3" 11-gauge, on which you can perform your exercises even with heavy weights both inside and in front of the cage
• For this you have our Type 4 and Type 1 J-Hooks, Safety Spotter Arms and Safety Straps at your disposal for countless barbell exercises such as squats, bench press and incline bench press, bent-over rows or shoulder press
• On the front crossbar there is a hook for hanging a punching bag, as well as for using resistance bands or a suspension trainer
• Also included is a Monkey Bar for pull-up exercises and a landmine core trainer, which turns your barbell into a versatile training tool for developing the leg, upper-body and core muscles
• Thanks to the large selection of optional accessories from the R8 series the R8 Utile Power Rack can additionally be expanded to individual needs
