Choose Your Weight System

• Weight Stack: 190 lb weight stack – three 60 lb blocks (6 × 10 lb plates) plus a 10 lb top plate with selector bar
• Upgradable to 250 lb with one additional 60 lb block (available separately as an upgrade)
• Quick load changes for a smooth training flow
• Plate Loaded: use your own weight plates as training load – maximum flexibility in weight selection

Rack Basic Equipment for Wobble-Free and Safe Training

• 2.75"x2.75" square tubes with a 14-gauge wall thickness result in a high unit weight and ensure wobble-free and safe training
• The R7 Rider offers enough space to fit a weight bench inside the rack
• This leaves no space unused and lets you make effective use of your training area
• The feet are rubberized and protect the floor from damage

Half Rack Accessories

• As standard, the R7 comes with extremely load-capable Spotter Arms (up to 770 lb per pair) and Performance J-Hooks (up to 2,400 lb per pair)
• The J-Hooks feature a hard-plastic protective layer on both the top and bottom, so the barbell is protected even if it accidentally bumps the J-Hooks from below
• The 6.5" deep cradle of the J-Hooks offers a secure resting surface that is hard to miss when setting down the barbell
• The Spotter Arms reliably catch the weight if you can no longer manage it by pure muscle power – also suitable for bottom-up squats or rack pulls
• The bar guidance is linearly mounted and allows you a smooth barbell movement
