• 2x 50 lb: pair of QUAD dumbbells, each adjustable from 9 to 50 lb in 4.5 lb increments
• 2x 80 lb: pair of QUAD dumbbells, each adjustable up to 80 lb

• Our quick-adjust system dumbbells deliver the same secure training feel as traditional dumbbells
• The dumbbell doesn't need to be fully disassembled like a classic dumbbell; simply loosening the knurled screw by 1" is enough - allowing you to change the weight in 10 seconds
• The weight plates are connected to one another with 2 safety pins each, similar to a tongue-and-groove principle. This rules out any rattling noises or the plates accidentally slipping out
• The handles are made of steel and feature a diamond knurling so the dumbbells always sit securely in your hand
• Thanks to the black powder coating, the handles blend perfectly into the understated, modern design of these dumbbells
• Because of their square shape, they rest securely on any flat surface and are ideal for exercises like renegade rows, where stability is required
• For dumbbell exercises like incline bench or shoulder presses, the smooth outer surfaces let you comfortably rest the dumbbells on your thighs
• Storage and use are possible without a special holder tray - optionally, we offer a matching storage rack
