• This set includes our KSK Smith Machine with 2 x 200 lb Weight Stacks, including Jammer Arms and Leg Press, as well as the Predator | Modular Weight Bench (Standard Pad – sponge) with the EVO Arm Option and EVO Leg Option – making a full-body workout with exercises for all muscle groups possible
• The EVO Arm Option is a preacher curl attachment: the supported preacher angle stabilizes the shoulder, so no swinging is possible and your arm flexors are trained effectively
• Since the upper arms are fixed, the isolation effect is increased and more targeted muscle building is possible – beginners learn the movement correctly because it is stabilized
• The EVO Leg Option adds leg extensions and leg curls to the bench – full range of motion without mechanical cutoff, multi-step adjustable roller pad, 220 lb load capacity
• Both options load with standard Olympic plates (2" / 2" (50 mm)) and lock into the Predator's attachment receiver tool-free
• The Predator itself is rated up to 1,300 lb in the flat position, adjusts from flat to nearly upright and stores vertically
• With the Jammer Arms, you can mimic gym machines such as a chest or shoulder press - but you can also perform pulling movements like the bent-over row and train your legs with lunges, deadlifts, or squats
• Performing exercises with the Jammer Arms along a fixed movement path prevents cheating, so the target muscles are worked more effectively
• In addition, even when training with heavy weights, there is potentially less strain on your joints
• With the Leg Press Attachment, you can quickly and easily turn the Smith Machine into a vertical Leg Press
• Training on the Leg Press has the advantage over free squats that it is easier to train the quadriceps in isolation and therefore more effectively
• The Leg Press Attachment also enables leg training with heavy weights while reducing the load on your spine

Dual Cable Pulley

• The crossover cable pulley is the heart of this Smith Machine. The ball-bearing pulleys ensure smooth precision in every exercise
• With a 1:1 cable ratio, the guide pulleys deliver exactly the resistance you selected on the Weight Stack
• On the one hand, you can use both cables independently for exercises like cable flys, biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, rear delt flys, lateral raises, or the Pallof press
• On the other hand, with the included dual pull bar you can also connect both cables and perform exercises like lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable deadlifts, or cable squats

Smith Machine with 2" (50 mm) Barbell

• With the Smith Machine and the integrated Olympic Barbell, you can train many muscle groups without needing an additional free Barbell
• Pros train on the Smith bar safely even with heavy weights, just like in the gym, because you can rack the bar at any time on one of the 11 pins or the height-adjustable safety catches
• For beginners, the simplified movement of the Smith Machine offers the chance to learn demanding exercises such as incline bench press or shoulder press, squats, or deadlifts with a minimized risk of injury
• The Smith Machine features linear ball bearings, which guarantee a smooth glide and meet the highest quality standard in the fitness sector
