• Ultimate all-in-one trainer inspired by the KSK with a robust steel construction for loads up to 1,400 lb and maximum stability during explosive exercises.
• Integrated 2 x 200 lb weight stacks enable lightning-fast weight changes (1:1 ratio).

• Extensive accessories for versatile full-body training.
• Exclusive set: includes Jammer Arms, the Predator modular weight bench (Standard Pad, sponge) and the EVO Leg Option for leg extensions and leg curls.
• Appealing Triple Black design for daily training motivation through look and feel.
• High-quality materials: industrial steel guarantees longevity even under the most intensive use.

Safety and effectiveness combined:

The KSK combines free weight training with flexible cable pulley training. The integrated lock function of the barbell allows safe, isolated basic exercises without a spotter. Safety Spotter Arms provide additional protection at maximum weights.

Precise details for optimal performance:

• J-Hooks: robustly and precisely manufactured for safely racking the free barbell.
• Leg Blocker & rowing foot plate: ensure a stable hold during lat pulldown and rowing exercises for maximum efficiency.
• The smooth guide rails of the weight stacks guarantee constant resistance without jerking.
• The guided movement of the Smith Machine stabilizes and isolates target muscles for more effective muscle building at all experience levels.

Versatile accessories for limitless training options:

• Lat Pulldown Bar: transforms the KSK into a full-fledged lat pulldown station with flexible seating positions.
• Dual pull bar: connects both cable pulleys for functional exercises like bench press, squats and shoulder press with up to 400 lb resistance.
• Dip Bar (two grip widths): for optimal comfort and hand position.
• Triceps bar & triceps rope: for targeted upper arm training.
• Single-hand grips: enable a variety of cable pulley exercises with a secure hold.
