Dip Station | Foldable

Wall Mounting for Free Training Without a Rack

• Stable, safe and easy to handle

• Easy installation in the wall
• Usable up to a user weight of 330 lb
• The absolute highlight is the simple folding mechanism
• Space-saving and unobtrusive design

Folding Mechanism Creates Space in the Garage Gym

• As soon as you fold the dip bars down from the wall, you have no lack of space whatsoever in your gym
• No tedious setting up and taking down at the rack brings time savings during training

A Must-Have for Every Chest Workout

• Dips are indispensable for a holistic chest workout
• They activate the chest muscles from a different angle than (incline) bench press and are in many respects superior to the decline bench press
• Not only is the set-up significantly more time-saving and less effortful, the target muscles can also be trained more intensively here
• While the decline bench press requires a training partner to overcome your own performance limits, at a dip station you can complete eccentric training alone and safely
• This means that after muscle exhaustion sets in, you can continue to perform the negative part of the movement
• If you jump into the support position, your strength should be sufficient to lower yourself slowly and in a controlled manner several times in a row
• This eccentric stimulus forces the muscle to adapt and grow

Ergonomically Developed, Even for Broad Shoulders

• Converged bars ensure individual grip width, also to place the focus specifically more on the chest or on the triceps
• Depending on your torso lean, you can also place the focus on your shoulder and triceps training
• Sufficient grip through knurling and yet reduced strain on the palms
