• 6.5" deep J-Hook cradle for safe, precise racking of the barbell
• Despite the compact height: pull-ups with tucked knees are easily possible
• Modularly expandable with R7 attachments such as a Deadlift Station, weight plate holders, dip bars or Jammer Arms
