EVO Leg Option – Leg Extension & Leg Curl

EVO Arm Option – Preacher Curl

• Isolated biceps training at the receiver on the seat end
• Supported preacher angle: shoulder stabilized, no swinging possible
• Optimal load curve for the strength profile of the biceps
• 20 lb unit weight of the lever arm and grip before the first plate is loaded
• Loaded with standard 2" (50 mm) Olympic plates
