Cable pulley with variable ratio

• Switchable between 1:1 and 2:1 ratio
  2:1: Half the weight at the handle, ideal for smaller muscle groups (lateral raises, triceps pushdowns)
• 1:1: Full weight at the handle, ideal for larger muscle groups (lat pulldowns, low rows)
• Guide shafts made from hardened steel
• Ball-bearing aluminum pulleys for smooth cable movement

Smith Machine

• Compatible with 2" (50 mm)-diameter weight plates
